Services are scheduled by machine hours and carried out on site, timed around your shift pattern so the work happens while the machine is parked.
If a hired machine stops, call the hire desk. We repair on site where we can and swap the machine out where we cannot — standing time on our equipment is our cost, not yours.
Every service produces a short condition report you receive by email, so there are no surprises at off-hire.
